If you have the app with your pass and you have a problem when accessing the centre such as, for example, not enough coverage to validate access, or the centre changed mode, etc., don’t worry!
Provide the following information to the person at reception so they can write to email@example.com and let you access the facilities:
- Use the purchase email addressed for AJ by Gympass (see "Personal data")
- Name and surname
- The user code (select "Plan details" and click on "See code" at the bottom)
We will internally validate your access.
