How can you cancel your AJ by Gympass subscription?

To unsubscribe from your plan from the web:

1. Login with your user account and go to "My account"
2. Select "Plan Details"
3. At the bottom, click on the "Do not renew" option

To unsubscribe from the app:

1. Login with your user account and go to your profile
2. Select the "Plan details" option
3. Click on the three points in the upper right corner
4. Click on "Do not Renew"

Important: you should keep in mind that a centre can change its plan to a higher one. If, after not renewing your plan, you subscribe again to one of AJ by Gympass' modalities, you would no longer have access to that centre as you now count as a new user.
