How can I access each centre?

To enjoy our network of collaborating centres you must validate your access every time you want to enter one of them:

• When you are within 250 meters of the centre you want to enter, click on the fourth icon on the bottom bar of the app.
• Select that centre among the ones appearing on the map.
• Click on "Request access" and go to the centre to inform the person at reception that you have sent the request.  
• If you have not been able to validate access after this time, send another request. Enter the centre and enjoy all the services AJ by Gympass has to offer.
