Some centres require prior reservation (from the AJ by Gympass website or app or via the centre's telephone or email) in order to attend a class or perform an activity (Pilates, yoga, crossfit...).
To make sure you have a spot, access the activities calendar and / or check the conditions of the centre from the AJ by Gympass website or app, so that you can check if you have to book beforehand
If the reservation has to be made from the AJ by Gympass website or app, the conditions are as follows:
- You can cancel the reservation at any time if it has not been confirmed by the center.
- If the center does not confirm or deny your request, it will be automatically cancelled the moment the class starts.
- If you want to cancel a confirmed booking you must do so within the period allowed by the center (it appears indicated when you reserve the class).
- If you don’t cancel the reservation or attend the class you’ll have a 10€ penalty that will be deducted from your payment method 7 days after the date you had the reservation.
Remember that when the symbol appears next to the class, clicking the reservation is immediate. Instead, when the symbol appears it requires confirmation from the center. In this case, the reservation is not immediate, but the center can accept or deny your request.
