Remember that if you have booked a class at a specific day and time but can’t go, you will have to cancel your booking beforehand within a period defined by the centre.
To cancel a reservation from the web:
- Log in with your user account and go to "My account".
- Click on "My club", where you will find "My reservations" and can cancel the booking for the class or activity you want.
From the app:
- Log in with your user account and go to the "AJ by Gympass" section.
- Click on the activity or class you want to cancel in the "My reservations" section.
- Click on the three points that appear in the upper right to complete the action and cancel the reservation.
