Why do I have to pay a €10 charge?

It’s important to pay class reservations in time particularly if you end up not being able to go.

You have a time limit to do so, indicated at the time of booking. 

If in that specified time you have not cancelled, you have to pay a penalty of €10 , which will be deducted from your payment method within 7 days of the date you booked at the centre.
