What is the AJ by Gympass booking tool?

We have developed our own tool to continue expanding the number of centers where you can book a class directly from our app or website.

The process is similar to the check-in request:

1. Request a class reservation by clicking on the symbol .
2. It requires confirmation from the center, so the reservation is not immediate.
3. The center can accept or deny your request.
4. We’ll send you an email and a notification with the status of your reservation. You can also check it in your “My bookings” section.

Aspects to consider:

• You can cancel the booking request at any time if it has not been confirmed by the center.
• If the center does not confirm or deny your request, it will be automatically cancelled the moment the class starts.
• If you want to cancel a confirmed booking you must do so within the period allowed by the center.
• If you don’t cancel the booking or attend the class you’ll receive the booking penalty.
